- 10:30-11:30am Packet Pickup and late registration
- 11:20-11:40am Swim Warmup
- 11:45am - Welcome / Pre-Race Instructions / National Anthem
- 12:00 Race Start - Heats begin based on age group. Oldest to youngest.
